When I bought my iMac in April, I had planned on buying an iPad too. Unfortunately, they had sold out about an hour before I arrived at the Apple Store. I learned then, that one had to arrive around 7:00 AM and wait in line for whatever iPads happened to arrive for that day. I figured I would either make the trip back over to Tampa some morning, or just order one online. And order online I did! I placed my order on May 16. It was to be shipped around May 31 for delivery around June 6. Fortunately, it was ahead of schedule. Shipped on May 26 from Shenzhen, China. It was waiting for me at my apartment when I got home from work this afternoon.
