It's hard to believe that June is here! The weather has been hot and summery. Some high 80s, low 90s. On Sunday afternoon Wayne and I went for a walk down along the Bay and into downtown Saint Pete.

The Ovation condo building is coming along. We were curious as to the floor plans and the price tag, so we stopped into the sales office. The floor plans are nice. 3,372 - 5,329 sq. ft. from $1,495,000 to $4,300,000. Only 2 condos per floor from floors 5-25. Penthouses on floors 25-28. And monthly maintenance fees range only from $927 to $2,037. AS IF!!!

Wayne: lemon, black raspberry sorbet, and violet gelato; Rich: chocolate chip, violet, three vanillas gelato. (That's a small and a medium.)
