Adele posted a link on Facebook today for a baked sweet potato 'fries' suggestion. I bought a couple sweet potatoes last week on sale at Publix and still had one left, so presto! I made some sweet tater 'fries'! I LOVE sweet potatoes! I made these chips last week . . . I ended up ordering a mandoline, now waiting for it to arrive. Watch out!
