Valentine Dinner


I love to eat. What Italian doesn't? And Wayne loves to cook. So . . . lucky me! We started with a creamy tomato basil soup (those are the fresh basil leaves that I got to shred!) We had chicken breasts with port wine and bing cherries and a roasted shrimp and orzo salad.



I had told Wayne that coconut cake was one of my favorites . . . so for dessert he surprised me with a Valentine Coconut Cake! Yummy cream cheese frosting to boot!
